Enjoy pork from pigs raised as they should be- fresh air, room to run, and soil to root in. The heritage pigs at Verdant Hare are given feed with no corn, soy, or GMO products. 
Low-stress livestock handling leads to healthier animals and tastier meat. Skilled mobile butchers dispatch the pigs on the farm swiftly. They are then taken to the butcher shop to be professionally cut, smoked, ground, and wrapped to your specifications. Once your pork is processed, you pick it up from the butcher shop and take it home to enjoy.


Harvest date for pork is April 11th.
